Validate Flexi Team Data

After the file has been provided to Serraview and imported, you must check your Flexible Team data.

In System Validation

  1. From the left-menu click Block & Stack (VBS).
  2. Using the Location Selector field, navigate to a building.
  3. For the required floor, click on toggle icon_right.png icon to the left of the stack.

The block shows a floorplan image with the team allocation. The spaces are highlighted with the same color as the team in the stack.

The people data is used in the VBS to manage occupancy and you can view the occupants in the team.

4. Click on a team. 

5. From the Information panel, click on the People tab.

The people in the team are listed with their cost center number.
