Limit Future Desk Bookings

Set up Limit Future Bookings in Engage Configuration

From Serraview, complete the following:

1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > Engage Configuration.
2. Click the Bookings Setup tab.
3. In the Future booking limited (in weeks) field, enter the number of weeks. This has a minimum duration of 1 week with a maximum of 52 weeks.
4. Click the Update button.

Set up Limit Future Bookings for a Building

You can set this up if you have different future desk requirements for your different buildings.

Complete the following:

1. Navigate to Resources > Buildings & Floors.
2. Click on the building. The building details displays.
3. Click the Edit button. The Update Building dialog displays.
4. Uncheck the Global check box.
5. In the Future booking limited (in weeks) field, enter the number of weeks. This has a minimum duration of 1 week with a maximum of 52 weeks.
6. Click the Update building button.
