Configure the Session Timeout

We recommend that you set the time it takes your session to expire, to 15 minutes, after a period of inactivity. This will expire all active sessions including any active session being used by the Serraview App (for Locator). For more information on security, see Eptura Security and Privacy Information.

You can configure the session timeout.

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > General.
  2. In the Session Timeout In Seconds field, enter the number of seconds. For example, 15 minutes is 900 seconds.
  3. Click the Update button.
