Reserve a desk for yourself

Quickly find a desk on the floorplan and then reserve the desk for yourself.

Remember when you make a desk reservation on the same day, you will be checked-in automatically.

Follow the Steps


From the Concierge menu, tap on Maps to begin.

The menu items in the Concierge menu are configurable so the menu item could be called Find & Book or another name that suits your business, see Set up the Concierge Menu for 3 or more menu items.

The floorplan displays the desks that are available.

On the floorplan tap on the Desk you want to reserve.

The multiple days selection displays. This will display the next 7 days from the day selected.

Tap the day(s) you want to reserve.

In the example, the day selected is Wednesday.

Slide the Slide to Reserve button.

The desk is reserved.

Email Confirmation


The confirmation email is sent to the person for whom the booking is for. 

An optional feature is to email employees a confirmation email when they make a desk reservation. For more details, refer to Set up Engage to send out Confirmation Emails and Engage Emails.
