Troubleshooting - Building Activity Data

The following troubleshooting process flows will help you diagnose issues.

No wired activity is detected in the entire building

#	Process Flow
1	No wired activity was detected in the entire building.
2	Has wired data previously been detected in the building?	Yes - go to the next question. No - go to Wireup Maintenance.
3	Is any Wi-Fi activity detected in the building?	Yes - go to Wireup Maintenance. No - Go to the question "Is activity detected by other staff in a different building?" (see question in the process flow below)

Process Flow

No wired activity was detected in the entire building.

Has wired data previously been detected in the building?

Yes - go to the next question.

Is any Wi-Fi activity detected in the building?

No - Go to the question "Is activity detected by other staff in a different building?" (see question in the process flow below)

2	Has wired data previously been detected in the building?	Yes - go to the next question. No - go to Wireup Maintenance.
3	Is any Wi-Fi activity detected in the building?	Yes - go to Wireup Maintenance. No - go to the question "Is activity detected by other staff in a different building?
4	Is activity detected by other staff in a different building?	Yes - go to Wi-Fi Maintenance. No - go to Firewall and Gateway Maintenance.
