Troubleshooting - Building Activity Data

The following troubleshooting process flows will help you diagnose issues.

No wired activity is detected in the entire building

No wired activity was detected in the entire building.

Has wired data previously been detected in the building?

Yes - go to the next question.

No - go to Wireup Maintenance.

Is any Wi-Fi activity detected in the building?

Yes - go to Wireup Maintenance.

No - Go to the question "Is activity detected by other staff in a different building?" (see question in the process flow below)

No Wi-Fi activity is detected in the entire building

Has wired data previously been detected in the building?

Yes - go to the next question.

No - go to Wireup Maintenance.

Is any Wi-Fi activity detected in the building?

Yes - go to Wireup Maintenance.

No - go to the question "Is activity detected by other staff in a different building?

Is activity detected by other staff in a different building?

Yes - go to Wi-Fi Maintenance.

No - go to Firewall and Gateway Maintenance.
