Restart Switch Scanner

Only restart the Switch Scanner when instructed by Serraview Support or when you are completing SVLive Switch Scanner Maintenance.

From the Virtual Machine, complete the following:

  1. Open the Services; either use cmd, services.msc OR search for services. 
  2. In the list of services, find the SVLive Switch Scanner.
  3. Right click the SVLive Switch Scanner service and select Restart .
