Find a Desk in the Future

 
It's Monday and you need to reserve a desk for Friday ... now with Engage, you can find the available desks using the Now filter.

Tap on Maps to begin.

The menu items in the Concierge menu are configurable so the menu item could be called Find & Book or another name that suits your business; see Set up the Concierge Menu for 3 or more menu items.

Tap the Desks icon.

Tap the Now icon.

The Now filter is active and you can select the date and time.

When you are finished selecting the date, tap the Select button and the floorplan displays the available desks.

Tap the desk that you want to reserve and the space's location displays.

You can slide the Slide to Reserve button and then the desk is reserved.

Email Confirmation


The confirmation email is sent to the person for whom the booking is for. 

An optional feature that sends a confirmation email to employees when they make a desk reservation. For more details, refer to Set up Engage to send out Confirmation Emails and Engage Emails.
