You will find your teams on the Block and Stack (VBS) and they will be represented visually so you can identify them quickly. If a team doesn't exist then you will have the ability to create the team.

Identify your Fixed Team

Teams display with different colors and for a Fixed Team they display with a circle. This working style is where you have one person assigned to each desk so in a ratio of person to desk it would be 1:1 ratio.

Below shows you the Credit Operations team on the Block and Stack.

If the Fixed Team does not exist then you can create the team and then allocate spaces to the team on the block and stack. You can either add a team using:

  • auto stacking - use the Auto Stacking tool which combines the blocking and stacking functions.
  • manual - use the VBS Blocking tools to paint your team allocations.
