Change the Availability Circles display

Level: System Administrator

The Location Switcher displays availability circles to show which floors have available spaces that can be reserved. Your System Administrator can either show the Engage Reservability or SVLive Activity OR they can hide the circles.

From Serraview, complete the following:

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General.
  2. Select Engage Configuration.
  3. From the Floor Availability Circles drop-down, select either:
    • Engage Reservability
    • SVLive Activity
    • Hide
  4. Click the Update button.
