Engage Configuration - Limit Future Bookings

The Limit Future Bookings setting will now display an error message “The value must be between 1 and 52”, when a value exceeds the maximum duration. Also, this error message will display in the Buildings settings.

Space Module’s Allocation Sort Order

The Space Data’s tab contains the Allocation drop-down, where the organization units are now sorted in alphabetic order.

Organizational Unit Filter selection increase

The Organization Unit selection now lets you select up to 35 items. For example, below is the 22 Floorplan Block report’s By Org Unit selection.

General Maintenance

• Service Request - When there is a Custom Field on the Service Request Create screen, the tool tip displays the name of the custom field rather than the tool tip. This has been fixed.
• Custom Fields - When a custom field (with a type of Entity - Multi Select) is used in a Custom Report, it will cause the report to error out. This has been fixed.
• Custom Reports - When the "Show Non-VBS Buildings in Reporting" option is enabled in the General settings, now the Non-VBS buildings will be displayed in the "Location" and "Select a Region/Building/Floor" dropdown fields within the reporting module.
• Engage Check In email - When an all day reservation is made with a start time of 9AM. The Check In Email is sent an hour before and it contains a link to cancel the reservation. The link takes you to the Concierge menu, this has been fixed and now it takes you to the reservation.
