Resolution Client IT will need to audit the existing switches in Serraview and add any that are missing. Identify the access level switches to ensure these are correct. You can obtain this information from your Networking team. Use Use the Link Discovery Tool to identify switch port. Use the Switch Import to add any switches that are missing. Conduct an SNMP walk and ensure the new switch IP is configured.
