Insights Editor

Released October 27th

Insights Editor updates include:

  • NEW - Disable Latest Date Join parameter - This removes the SQL join that limits the location data to only the latest date in the selected date range. This parameter can be useful when only querying historical location data, like a query whose results will be merged with another query with utilization data. It is not recommended to use this parameter in a query with any utilization data.

Released October 13th

Insights Editor updates include:

  • UPDATE - Badge Utilization - Extended Version With Floorplan Explore to work with badge records of moved/archived persons. All attendees are now part of a single View instead of being broken out into Resident and Non Resident views, with their resident status being discerned by the Is Resident?/Visitor? fields.

Insights Dashboards

Released October 27th

Insights Dashboards updates include:

  • NEW - Meeting Rooms - Booked vs Detected Dashboard - This dashboard uses Sensor Data and Booking Data to examine how many bookings are being attended by at least 1 person. Both meeting room booking data AND sensor data is required for this dashboard. This dashboard slices the meeting in-person attendance data by space type, org unit, day of the week, and hour of the day. This all helps to identify patterns when bookings don’t get used. A daily visualization at the bottom provides a summary of every day in the date range to help identify the overall trends.

Released October 13th

Insights Dashboards updates include:

  • NEW - Neighborhood Details Dashboard - A tabular-focused dashboard, designed with the option of exporting to CSV or Excel (use Explore From here to export to Excel). This dashboard's focus is neighborhoods, their locations, and the relevant metrics for each. Its main purpose is data validation and exporting data.
  • NEW - Village Overview Dashboard - The purpose of this dashboard is to provide a detailed view of villages, their locations, and their assignment/workpoint details.
  • UPDATE - Badge Utilization Details dashboard to work with the updates in the Badge Utilization's  Extended Version With Floorplan Explore (see above).
  • UPDATE - The following dashboards now have the Village filter and data included:
    • Assignment Details
    • People Details
    • Space Details
    • Team Details
    • People and Assignments
    • Spaces and Allocations
