New Feature - Colour By

The new Colour By feature in VBS is a tool that enables quick visualisation of team information through the use of colouring options available in VBS and Move Projects.

Previously, the property team was limited to colouring only teams by organisational unit in VBS, however now with Colour By a range of options are available, from colouring by Ratio to when the teams were last validated.

Scenario Planner

Fix – Resolved an issue where multi-phase Scenario Project could not be saved after using BAU Utilisation in Scenarios functionality.

Fix - Resolved an issue where a Scenario Project couldn't be opened, only a duplicate of the project was accessible

Fix - Resolved an issue where users in Scenario Projects were unable to paint over allocated workpoints

Fix - Resolved an issue where the spinner stopped spinning before loading was finished.

Fix - Resolved an issue in Scenario Planner where the user would sometimes receive a "foreign key restraint error" when attempting to save.

Fix - Resolved an issue in Scenario Planner where the user would sometimes be unable to save their scenario.

Speedgates

Enhancement - The time a person spends in a building is now stored and can be used in reporting

Security

Enhancement - When ForceSSO Is Enabled, the login page no longer displays during redirect

Fix - Resolved an issue where Org Unit migrations fail if the user does not have access to all move projects

Reports

Fix - Resolved an issue where a My Workplace report was not behaving as expected

Fix - Resolved an issue in Report Builder, where Grand Total columns in Pivots were not behaving as expected

Fix - Resolved an issue where an error was received when trying to run report 157.

Fix - Resolved an issue where a second pivot group could not be created for a table.

Fix - Resolved an issue where counting the occupants of a team was not working as expected in report builder.

Fix - Resolved an issue where unallocated space text was missing from Report 22.

BOS

Fix - Resolved an issue where it was not possible to delete a single asset in BOS belonging to someone who has multiple assets.

Fix - Resolved an issue where a BOS desk search failed to filter for VBS

VBS

Fix - Resolved an issue where the display of hoods and their teams were not resizing correctly when the size of the browser window was reduced.

Fix - Resolved an issue where duplicating a building containing multi-zone floors with hoods caused workpoint counts to double

Fix - Updated the text on the Quick Reports info button to be more accurate.

Fix - Resolved an issue where the Team area data grid was loading incorrect building information.

Fix - Resolved an issue where buildings would sometimes fail to open in Destination Painter.

Service Requests

Fix - Resolved an issue where filtering Service Request date parameters caused an error in Service Request quick reports

Enhancement - The Service Request Grid schema now exists in configuration, making it easier to customise.

Portfolio Manager

Fix - Resolved a number of spelling mistakes across the product.

Fix - Resolved an issue where Workplace Administrators were being counted as a person against a team.
