Why does the Reserve button's availability keep spinning?

After you have click the Reserve button and the Checking availability message remains and the icon keeps spinning.


Your IT team will need to complete the following checks:

  • Check your configuration, refer to the steps in Implement Room Booking Service.

  • Check that the Room Booking Service Account has the correct permission to access the calendar.

  • Check the Access Rights for each room email.

If you are still experiencing issues, then notify the Serraview Support team.
