Limit Concurrent Bookings
Level: System Administrator / Serraview Implementation Team
Your System Administrator can set the number of desk reservations an employee can make that overlap in the Concurrent desk reservations field.
If the setting is 0, then the limit concurrent bookings are disabled.
From Serraview, complete the following:
- Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > Engage Configuration.
- In the Concurrent desk reservations field, enter the number of concurrent bookings. For example, if it is 2, then you can make 2 overlapping bookings. In this situation, you can make a booking at 9:00 am to 10:00 am and a booking from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.
- Click the Update button.
