Update Team's Allocation in Scenario VBS

Scenario VBS is designed to be similar to the Block and Stack (VBS) in the Live Environment and if you under or over block teams or neighborhoods the stack will display warnings, see Stack Warnings.

People

You can complete the following for either working style:

Task

Procedure is the same as the VBS

Procedure can only be completed in the Scenario VBS

ALLOCATION PERSON TO A WORKPOINT

Allocate a person in a team to a workpoint

 Same procedure, see Add a Person to a Workpoint.  

Teams

You can complete the following for either working style:

Task

Procedure is the same as the VBS

Procedure can only be completed in the Scenario VBS

CLEAR TEAM ALLOCATION

Clears the blocking of the selected team(s) while retaining the stack allocation.

MERGE TEAMS

Merge the selected teams.

 Not applicable. Merge Teams in Scenario VBS

SPLIT TEAMS

Split the selected teams.

Not applicable.

CHANGE - TEAM SIZE

Change the team's allocation size. 

 Same procedure, see Team Details Form.  

MOVE - OTHER BUILDING OR FLOOR

Move teams to different floors within the building.

MOVE - SCRATCH PAD

Move teams to a different building and floor, 

 Same procedure, see Move Teams using the VBS Scratch Pad.  

Fixed Teams

You can complete the following for a fixed team:

Task Procedure is the same as the VBS

Procedure can only be completed in the Scenario VBS

CREATE FIXED TEAM

Create a new fixed team

 Same procedure, see  Add Fixed Teams' Allocation Manually.  

ALLOCATE FIXED TEAM

Block the fixed team on the floorplan.

 Same procedure, see  Add Fixed Teams' Allocation Manually.  

CHANGE - TEAM WORKING STYLE

Change teams from Flexible to be Fixed Teams.

Single Team

Same procedure, see Change a Team's Working Style.

Multiple Teams

see Bulk Update Tools in Scenario VBS.

Flexible Teams

You can complete the following for a Flexible working team:

Task Procedure is the same as the VBS Procedure can only be completed in the Scenario VBS

CREATE Flexible TEAM

Create a new Flexible team

 Same procedure, see Add Flexible Teams' Allocation Manually.  

ALLOCATE Flexible TEAM

Block the Flexiblebe team on the floorplan.

 Same procedure, see Add Flexible Teams' Allocation Manually.  

CHANGE - TEAM WORKING STYLE

Change teams from Fixed to be Flexible Teams, and if required update the target ratio.

Single Team

To change this for one team, see Change a Team's Working Style.

Multiple Teams

CHANGE - TEAM'S TARGET RATIO

Change the existing Flexible team's target ratio.

Neighborhoods

You can complete the following for a neighborhood:

CREATE NEIGHBORHOOD

Create a new neighborhood

ALLOCATE NEIGHBORHOOD

Block the neighborhood on the floorplan.

CHANGE - NEIGHBORHOOD SIZE

Change the neighborhood's total workpoints
