Update Phone Details

This article contains an example BOS Move Data, you may find your BOS Move Data is different from the example.

The IT Staff will complete the phone details for the current location and the destination location.

Current Phones

From the BOS Move Data screen:

  1. From the BOS Grid Headings, click Phones. 
  2. Click the BOS row. The Current Phones form displays.

3. From the Phone Type drop-down, select the Type.

4. In the Phone Asset Number field, enter the asset number.

5. In the Phone Number field, enter the phone number.

6. Select the Pickup Group button either Yes or No.

7. Select the Hunt Group button either Yes or No.

8. Select the Voice Recording button either Yes or No.

9. From the Move Action drop-down, select the action either Unknown, Discarded, Moving, or Staying.

10. If the BOS Occupant has another phone, then click the + icon to add another phone.

11. Complete the phone's details.

12. Click the Save button.

Destination Phones

From the BOS Move Data screen:

  1. From the BOS Grid Headings, click Destination Phones. 
  2. Click the BOS row. The Destination Phones form displays.

3. From the Phone Type drop-down, select the Type.

4. In the Phone Asset Number field, enter the asset number.

5. In the Phone Number field, enter the phone number.

6. Select the Pickup Group button either Yes or No.

7. Select the Hunt Group button either Yes or No.

8. Select the Voice Recording button either Yes or No.

9. If the BOS Occupant has another phone, then click the + icon to add another phone.

10. Complete the phone's details.

11. Click the Save button.
