Find your Flexible Team
You will find your teams on the Block and Stack (VBS) and they will be represented visually so you can identify them quickly. If a team doesn't exist then you will have the ability to create the team.
Identify your Flexible Team
Teams display with different colors and for a Flexible Team they display with a triangle. This working style is where you have no assigned seating and they work at a person to desk ratio greater than 1 person to 1 desk. For example a flexible team can work at a 2 person to 1 desk ratio.
Below shows you the Loans team on the Block and Stack.
If the Flexible Team does not exist then you can create the team and then allocate spaces to the team on the block and stack. You can either add a team using:
- auto stacking - use the Auto Stacking tool which combines the blocking and stacking functions.
- manual - use the VBS Blocking tools to paint your team allocations.
