Requirements for Building Data

General Information

Description – A list of the buildings to be managed in Serraview. The building data is used to set up the foundation of your Portfolio data.

Building data such as location, leasing information, budget, rating, the annual cost to maintain a building, and other key building information is collected and loaded into Serraview to create a central repository of all real estate information. This information is collated with data for floors, allocations, and occupancy to provide reporting that gives high visibility over the portfolio.

Common Data Sources – The list may come from existing building management or leasing system (such as an IWMS, CAFM, or HR system) or a manually prepared spreadsheet.

Recommended Refresh Frequency - The building data can be updated in sync with when your Corporate Real Estate team publishes updates.

Custom Fields - If you have any custom fields to be included, then inform your SpaceIQ Onboarding Manager as custom fields must be configured in Serraview prior to import.

Custom fields that are not part of the original scope of work for the implementation, will be considered a modification that will incur an additional cost. Any modifications will require a change request to be created.

File Updates – Data files can be used to update and add buildings. All file updates must be full files, no deltas.
