Fixed Team Initial Upload

Prerequisites


  • Buildings and Floors data to be uploaded.
  • Floorplans to be uploaded.
  • Org Unit Hierarchy data to be uploaded.
  • People data to be uploaded.

Data Loading order for Fixed Team


The table below details the loading order for fixed seating.

Occupancy to Desk
This lists each person and which workpoint they are assigned to.

Allocation to Desk
This can be loaded the following ways:

  1. A team can be allocated to a desk based on the cost center (team) of the person occupying the desks. This does not require additional data to be complete.
  2. Teams can also be allocated to a desk based of another data source. This data source will need to list the cost center (team) against each desk to be imported.

Collect remaining data using the Visual Block and Stack  (Block and Stack (VBS)) or Workplace Portal.

Methods of Transfer


Data can be imported into Serraview via My Imports or File Upload, refer to Methods of Data Transfer.

Validate the Fixed Team Data


After the data has been uploaded you will need to check the data, refer to Validate Fixed Team Data.
