For the raw SVLive data streamed through ETLHub, Insights now performs a lookup of timezone information, if available, from the corresponding building records as provided by Serraview and shifts the SVLive values accordingly, so the ‘SVLive Events’ records will appear in the local time of the building where the events occurred.

Insights Editor updates include:

NEW - Utilization Activity (All) Explore - This explore combines all utilization data, including Sensor, SVLive, Badge and Booking. Learn more about Serraview Insights Explores.

UPDATED - Added the Function Name field to the Space Type Views.

UPDATED - Added the Space Attributes View to the Location Explore and all extended Explores from Location.

UPDATED - Utilization Explores - Where the history date of location-based Views defaults to the current day when the query results in no utilization data, ensuring that location data will always be displayed.

Dashboards
Released April 30th
- NEW - Density and Occupancy Dashboard - This dashboard shows how occupancy and fit-out currently are and how they have trended. This information can assist with compliance or executive level reporting and allows the selection of Target Area Per Workpoint/Assignment for that purpose.
- UPDATED - SVLive Dashboards - Changed the date/time ranges for dashboards that contain SVLive data to serve more relevant data on the first load.

- NEW - Validation Summary Dashboard - This dashboard provides a high-level summary of how team audits (via Workplace in Serraview) have been tracking.
- UPDATED - SVLive Building and Floor Utilization Dashboard - Enhancement to include more filters.
- UPDATED - Across all Utilization dashboards, the period selected in the Date Range filter now applies to the field suggestion dropdowns of all other filters.
