Team/Group Bookings

You can now search for a team to view its location and members. Any delegated employees can make a desk reservation for their entire team at once. Learn more about Team Reservations, see:

Your System Administrator can delegate employees to be able to make the team reservation and they can update the team name to ensure your employees can find their team. Learn more in Configure Team Reservation.

New Secured Action

Serraview now contains a new secured action called Reservations - See opt out of search users. Only particular users will have this secured action, for example, if you are an Executive Assistant you need need to make reservations for your CEO who has opt-ed out of the Engage search.

Quickly display the Office Location on Google Maps

Tap the More Actions icon and then tap the Open in Maps. The location of the office will display on Google Maps.
