Review the Person Import to make sure the person's LogonName (System Logon) exists
When your organization is using SSO (Single Sign-on) then the person (user) will need a Login Identifier such as logon name, email address, employee number.
If your organization has chosen to use the logon name as the identifier and this is missing, then the person won't be able to log into the system.
Review in the People Directory
From Serraview, complete the following:
- Navigate to Resources > People.
- You can use the search field in the top right to locate a person.
- Review the System Logon field and this is populated by the Logon Name column in the Person Import. Learn more in Requirements for People Data.
Review in the Recent Imports
You can view recently imported files, and if you are set up for the SFTP file transfer, then these import results will display in this list.

Action
Your System Administrator will need to contact your HR team to make sure the person is set up correctly in the ERP System.
