Serraview - OrgUnit and Person Public API

The Public API provides a more efficient and secure transfer of your People and Organization Unit data into Serraview from systems that house your organization’s employee data.

This allows frequent updates to ensure accurate workplace planning and cost allocations. With the API, you will only need to send us the deltas as opposed to the full data file and this will keep your Serraview data up-to-date. 

Remember, that this was not intended to replace your SFTP and preprocessing of imports, but to supplement it.

Engage Configuration (Booking Setup) Enhancement

This ensures that the Check In Window Duration cannot exceed 1440 minutes to prevent timer-related issues. If you enter a higher value in, an error message will be displayed: “This value cannot exceed 1440.” The system will then automatically replace the entered value with 1440.

General Maintenance

• Scenario Planner - The space card for some spaces would not load details and now it displays properly for all spaces.
• File Upload - Issues in the UAT Environment have been resolved.
• Org Unit Import - This now imports in cost centers with up to 50 characters.
• Occupancy Import - The import would fail if a Retention Status is being applied to an unallocated space. Retention Statuses can only be added to spaces that have an org unit allocation. Now, the Occupancy Import will not fail when a Retention Status is applied to an unallocated space. Instead, the row will be ignored, and the Import Message column in the import results will explain why.
• 67 Space Report - This now successfully runs when you have orientation text on the floorplan.
