Serraview

OrgUnit and Person Public API

The Public API provides a more efficient and secure transfer of your People and Organization Unit data into Serraview from systems that house your organization’s employee data.

This allows frequent updates to ensure accurate workplace planning and cost allocations. With the API, you will only need to send us the deltas as opposed to the full data file and this will keep your Serraview data up-to-date.

Note this is not intended to replace your SFTP and preprocessing of imports, but to supplement it.

SVLive Status Indicators Enhancement

UI Change

We will be adding status indicators at the corner of desks to show the SVLive statuses of the occupants. The colors of the dots will not change (navy for reserved, grey for not reservable, and either green or the custom available color for reservable desks/spaces).

  • Green tick over a navy dot indicates that the user who reserved the desk is present there. For example, Alfie-James Lawson.
  • Amber/gold exclamation mark indicates that a person is sitting where they don’t have a booking. The name label will show the actual occupant sitting there.
    • Person is sitting at a reservable but unreserved desk. For example, Margaretta Smith.
    • Person is sitting at a desk that's reserved for someone else. For example, Lucy Blackburn.

Incognito Mode:

  • Control label: Use Incognito mode
  • Replace unknown person on the floorplan to Incognito User
  • Replace the person label on the card to Incognito User

Remote:

  • Remote Session to be displayed on the user's label, where the desktop computer is currently being used by someone remotely.

Reservation Assist renamed to Filter Enhancement

UI Change

Rename "Reservation Assist" to "Filter".

Book on behalf of Someone Else Enhancement

UI Change

The book on behalf of someone feature currently displays an error when the user tries to use it and they don’t have the secured action. To improve this user experience, this will change; so when the user doesn’t have the secured action and they tap the “Book for” name, then nothing will occur.
