Use the Concierge Menu in Engage Mobile

Engage's Concierge Menu is a quick access menu to many useful areas. The Concierge Menu is a continuous scroll menu in both directions up and down.

Maps (or Find & Book or New Reservation)

Find out you're looking for and create bookings. Remember the menu items in the Concierge menu are configurable so the menu item could be called Find & Book or another name that suits your business.

From this menu item you can access the following:

The Notifications icon displays in the Concierge menu and you can access your notifications. This let's you quickly check-in to your desk, refer to Desk Check-in via Notifications screen.

My Booking

We remember the reservations you've made so you don't have to.

Employee Survey

Your company may have an employee survey set up.

Your company may have the first responders set up as a menu item.

Returning to the Office

Your company may have the return to the Office guidelines set up for you to read.

The Engage Web and Engage Mobile concierge menu only require your System Administrator to set up 3 menu items and then the menu will display. Also, they can specify which menu items are shown or hidden for the web or mobile.
