Create a BOS Move Plan from a Scenario Plan

Prerequisites

After you have your Scenario Plan reviewed and have the necessary approvals, then you are ready to create the BOS Move Plan that can be used to move the occupants.

It important to know:

• you will only see the "Create BOS move plan" in the Scenario Plan Details screen when you have secured action "BOS - Create Projects".
• the Scenario Plan, can only have 1 phase, however the BOS Move Plan create and link can have multiple phases.

Create a BOS Move Plan

1. Click the Create BOS move plan and you the message displays "Are you sure you'd like to create a BOS move plan? Please make sure all work is completed in this Scenario Plan before creating the BOS. When the new BOS is created and linked, this Scenario Plan will be uneditable and locked."

2. Click the Yes, create button and the Scenario Plan is locked and the BOS Move Plan is created.

When you click the BOS Move Plan's name it opens in the BOS module.
