Room Booking Behavior Summary

Below summarizes what happens when you make a reservation in Serraview Engage and then later either cancelled or deleted in Microsoft 365.

Booking made in Engage	Engage’s calendar is booked. Engage displays the name of who has made the booking.	The Engage Calendar booking passes to Microsoft Office 365 and the room’s calendar is booked. Microsoft Outlook does not display the name of who made the booking.	Only your name will be on the calendar booking and you can not invite other people.
Booking made in Outlook	Engage has visibility of this calendar booking and this displays as busy.	Microsoft’s room calendar is booked.
Space reservation made in Engage and then the Space booking is cancelled in Engage.	The booking deletion is made from Engage and the calendar booking is deleted.	The Engage Calendar booking doesn’t passes to Microsoft and the calendar booking needs to be removed manually.
Space reservation made in Engage and then the Space booking is deleted in Microsoft Outlook.	The booking deletion does not pass and in Engage the booking remains.	Microsoft’s room calendar booking is removed.
Space reservation made in Engage and then the Space booking is declined by the user in Microsoft Outlook.
