When you first access the Knowledge Center, you will see the Homepage. Information on this page is categorized based on product or information type to help you easily drill down to the appropriate content.
The following Signpost articles give you a pathway into the content.
- Quick Start - This is useful for new starters, and we provide links and learning paths to the relavant content.
- What's New and What's Next pages - These contain the details of the product release and what is coming next, including features that are in Beta or Early Access.
- Onboarding Checklist - This provides a high-level list for when you are about to implement the product or need to enable a feature.
- Integrations - This a quick link to all the product's integrations.
- Training Videos - This has a collection of short videos covering module overviews and how-to procedures; these are designed to help you quickly grasp key concepts and skills.
- Footer - Where we have listed the popular articles and quick links to integrations, imports, operating environments, etc.
Breadcrumb Navigation
After you have drilled down to the article level, you can easily return to the Guide by clicking the Back button in your browser or using the breadcrumb path at the top of each page. To return to a previous category, guide, or article, click the corresponding breadcrumb.
