Set up which Buildings and Floors are visible in Engage

You can configure which buildings and floors you want to show or hide to your Serraview-Engage users. It is likely that you have some floors within Serraview that you need for space management, but they are not relevant to employees who use Serraview-Engage.

To show or hide floors in Serraview-Engage:

1. Navigate to Resources > Buildings & Floors.
2. Click on the building.
3. Click the Edit icon. The Update Building dialog displays.
4. Either:
   • Check the Show in Wayfinding check box to show the building.
   • Uncheck the Show in Wayfinding check box to hide the building.

5. Click the Update Building button.
6. Click the floor you want to edit and the floor displays.
7. Click the Edit icon and the Update Floor dialog displays.
8. Either:
   • Check the Show in Wayfinding check box to show the floor.
   • Uncheck the Show in Wayfinding check box to hide the floor.

9. Click the Update Floor button.

If there are no buildings and floors configured for a region, then the region will not display in Serraview-Engage.
