Display or Hide SVLive Status Icons

Level: System Administrator

When your organization has SVLive implemented, then your Administrator can choose if they want the status icons to display on the floorplans or to hide them. 

Complete the following:

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > Engage Configuration.

  1. When the Display SVLive status icons check box is checked then the icons are shown in Engage or if you uncheck the Display SVLive status icons check box then the icons are hidden.
  2. Click the Update button.
