Make your Markers visible in Serraview-Engage

When you want your markers to be displayed in Serraview-Engage your System Administrator can change the marker’s setting in Serraview’s Space Hierarchy to be visible.

You can add or edit a space type.

1. Navigate to Admin Settings > Reference Data > Space Types. The Space Type Hierarchy displays. 
2. Scroll to the Markers.
3. Select the marker that you want to make visible in Engage.
4. Click the Engage tab.
5. From the Stylised Floorplan Render drop-down, select Interactable.
6. Click the Update Space Type button and the marker will display in Serraview-Engage.
