Enable Multifactor Authentication
Level: System Administrator
Early Access
This article is part of the release to the UAT environment that is being planned for February, 2026, see What's Next.
Enable multifactor authentication (MFA) so users can send a verification code.
- Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > User Sign In.

- Check the Enable multifactor authentication check box.
- In the MFA session lifetime in days field, enter the number of days.
- Click the Update button.
MFA Session Lifetime
When this is set to:
- 0 then the MFA is required on every login.
- N days, for example 10 days, so when the user has been verified then they will not be prompted again for MFA for 10 days.
The system always respects the latest value:
- If changed from 0 to 10, users won’t be asked for a verification code until 10 days after the last successful verification.
- If changed from 0 to 10, the next login will not require MFA (based on cached last login).
