Reserve a desk for yourself
Serraview Engage
Quickly find a desk on the floorplan and then reserve the desk for yourself.
Remember when you make a desk reservation on the same day, you will be checked-in automatically.
Follow the Steps
From the Concierge menu, tap on Maps to begin.
The menu items in the Concierge menu are configurable so the menu item could be called Find & Book or another name that suits your business; see Set up the Concierge Menu for 3 or more menu items.
The floorplan displays the desks that are available and from the floorplan tap on the Desk you want to reserve.
Click the desk that you want to reserve and the space's location displays.
Slide the Slide to Reserve button and the desk is reserved.
Email Confirmation
The confirmation email is sent to the person for whom the booking is for.
Notes:
- Confirmation emails are an optional feature that can be switched on or off by your Administrator. Learn more in Set up Engage to send out Confirmation Emails and Engage Emails.
- If your Administrator has the confirmation email enabled, then an email is sent to the reservee.
