Scenario Plan to BOS Move Plan Synchronization

CUSTOMER IDEA

Move Managers face time-consuming, error-prone manual processes when transitioning from high-level Move Planning in Scenario Planner to detailed move execution in BOS. This duplication of effort increases the risk of mistakes, disrupts moves, and creates frustration for both administrators and employees.

Now, Move Managers can generate a BOS Move Plan directly from a Scenario Plan with a single click, streamlining the move management process and ensuring data consistency.

  • One-click BOS plan creation - Instantly create a BOS Move Plan from a finalized Scenario Plan, eliminating redundant manual steps.
  • Automatic data population - Team members, locations, and move details are pre-populated in the BOS Move Plan from the Scenario Plan.
  • Cross-referencing and data integrity - Linked records ensure that BOS Move Plan captures all the move initiated from the Scenario Plan. It is important to note that this is a one-time link and they won't remain synchronized after a change is made to the BOS Move Plan.
  • Workflow safeguards - Scenario Plans become non-editable after linking, and BOS Move Plan can’t be published until the Scenario Plan is finalized, reducing errors.
