January 19th, 2025 Release

We are releasing to the UAT Environment on January 19th and the release to the Production Environment is scheduled for the January 24th.

General Maintenance

SVLive - Wireup

  • Wireup slow to load workpoints sometimes - Addressed intermittent slow loading and 500 errors in the Wireup module for specific client sites. Performance optimizations and error handling improvements have been implemented.

BOS Module

  • BOS Move Row > Move rows are not coming from linked scenario plan - Fixed an issue where move rows were not displayed without a manual page refresh. Move rows now appear automatically as expected.
  • BOS Can Be Created for Published Scenarios - Users can no longer create BOS projects from Scenario Plans that have already been published, preventing confusion and maintaining data integrity.
  • Moves displayed in random order when selecting "All" in Scenario Plan Move Summary - Moves are now displayed in the correct phase order when viewing all phases in the Scenario Plan Move Summary.
  • Moving Fixed Teams to Other Floors  - Improved the accuracy of occupant location tracking when teams are moved, ensuring correct "To Location" assignment for all team members.

Reports

  • Unable to generate report 367 PDF - Resolved a file format compatibility issue that prevented report generation when an unsupported logo file type was used. Users are now notified if an unsupported file is uploaded.

Insights

  • ETL Timeouts - Completed optimization tasks to address timeout errors.
  • Check-out and booking creation times - Corrected the logic for localizing check-out and booking creation times in Insights extracted from Snowflake, which previously resulted in time discrepancies due to incorrect timezone handling.
  • Service Request to Location Extract - Fixed an extraction issue where "To Location" fields in service request data were not being populated correctly, impacting downstream location lookups.

Occupany Import

  • Occupancy import cannot move someone to an unallocated space - Resolved an issue where employees could not be moved to unallocated spaces via Occupancy import. All employees in the import are now correctly moved to the destination team or workpoint, ensuring accurate space assignments for all clients.
