SVLive Release April 29th
SVLive Agent macOS Version 3.5.4
Enhancements
- Native macOS SPS application - A new SVLiveAgent app purpose-built for macOS, supporting HTTPS connections and WiFi-based presence detection. Compatible with macOS 14 (Sonoma) and later.
- Enterprise deployment support - Multiple installation options including single-machine install, MDM deployment (Jamf, Intune, Kandji), Ansible, and SSH-based bulk deployment. PPPC profiles are available to pre-grant privacy permissions and eliminate end-user prompts.
- Automated startup via LaunchAgent - The app auto-launches on login and auto-restarts if quit, ensuring continuous presence reporting.
General Maintenance
- Fixed an issue where transitioning between Wi-Fi and wired connections or reconnecting a disconnected agent could cause test failures during installation.
- Fixed incorrect activity type reporting (type 500 instead of type 3) when a Mac device is logged off or shut down.
- Fixed SPS not loading the updated configuration after changes were made in the AWS config database for Mac devices.
- Fixed the wired location not displaying correctly for Mac SPS.
- Fixed regression test failures for SPS macOS.

Export Floorplan CAD from the Spaces Module
Space Planners can export DWG floorplans directly from the Spaces module. This streamlines the workflow for making drawing updates and increases efficiency for facilities teams.

General Maintenance
- Spaces Module and Reporting Module - Resolved an issue where the search functionality and reporting modules intermittently failed to load data.
- Data Import - Resolved a data import issue where usernames containing the literal string "\t" were incorrectly processed, resulting in missing characters. The import process now preserves all characters as provided, ensuring data integrity for user logon names.
- Serraview Engage Configuration - Corrected the handling of "Desk Check In Open Window" and "Desk Check In Duration" fields in Engage Configuration. The system now allows a value of 0 for the open window but prevents 0 for the duration, providing clear error messages and ensuring accurate configuration.
Serraview Insights Release April 11th
General Maintenance
- Corrected an issue related to authentication keys not being recognized.
