Desk Highlight behavior for Team Reservations

UI Change

We are going to update information regarding bookable and non-bookable desks. The Serraview work on the Engage V2 Search API will be completed first and then the Engage development will be completed and released. 

Team Search:

• When a user searches for a team, then the team is highlighted.
• This is the current behavior and works correctly.

Team Reservation:

• When a user clicks Team Reservation, the white outline is retained to indicate team allocation.
• The fill colors revert to the original colors to show availability.
• Desks display labels when zoomed in.

Desk Selection:

• When a desk is selected, it turns light blue to indicate selection.

Engage Configuration - Display SVLive status icons

The Engage Configuration settings will have a new setting called “Display SVLive status icons”. When your organization has SVLive implemented and you check this, then you can choose if you want the status icons to display on the floorplans.

The Engage development needs to be completed and released, before this setting can be used.

Search bar for Location Switcher

UI Change

You can now quickly find buildings when switching locations with a new search bar at the top of the Location Switcher. Typing a building name displays matching results, allowing users to select a building and expand its floor list instantly. This enhancement simplifies navigation for clients with many Engage-enabled buildings.
