Custom colors for Custom Color By in the Spaces Module

Define your brand-aligned or accessibility-minded colors for keywords so floorplans are easier to read when using the custom “Color By” view in the Spaces module. This speeds up planning and review sessions by making visual differences obvious at a glance.​

Building - Standardized Country and State Fields

This adds Standardized country and State fields to the building form to support the Eptura Engage integration while preserving original reporting values. This ensures consistent regional data across the systems. 

Valid countries and states can be found in the new Country States keyword set. It is important to remember that the search will not correlate a standard ASCII character with an accented variant. For example, if you want to find Oberösterreich, by searching Obero, this will not be found.

Building - Floor Sequence (Sort Order)

Floor sequence/order is now enforced as unique per building, with clearer UI/import behavior and automatic next-available sequence assignment when needed.

Building - Time Zone

This adds a selectable time zone field to building forms to ensure accurate time settings when geolocation-based detection fails or is incorrect.

Building and Floors - Location Integration (Eptura Engage)

This adds a setting to control whether buildings and floors are visible in Eptura Engage, supporting phased rollouts without affecting existing Serraview-Engage configurations. 

Building Import

• Supports updating Time Zone via a dedicated import column with validation, without requiring geolocation fields.
• Includes Standardized Country and Standardized State columns so data can align with Eptura Engage and other downstream systems.
• Includes the Location Integration setting and improved country/state column handling and validation.

Floor Import

• Floor imports now support Location Integration so floor records can be flagged appropriately when importing or updating data.
