Space Reservation Settings
You can bulk update the space reservation settings, using the Workpoint Import (as described below) OR you can use the Spaces Module, Set up Desk Reservation Permissions.
Download Import Report
You can use the 141 Workpoint Properties Report to list the workpoint properties. This file can be used to make changes to your workpoints and rooms to re-import to Serraview.
Import Requirements
The columns needed to complete this update are:
- columns to identify a building, floor and container.
- column for Is Reserve Disabled. Set the values to either: Yes; No or True; False.
- column for Booking Rule Id. Set the values to either: Assign to desk, Team, Neighborhood, Floor, Building, Region, Everyone.

Data can be imported into Serraview via SFTP, My Imports or File Upload, see Methods of Data Transfer.
Validate the Workpoint data
You can check the has worked by checking the space in see Set up Desk Reservation Permissions.
Reserving Enabled Setting
When the Is Reserve Disabled column is set to Yes, this will set the Space Attributes tab's Reserving Enabled check box to unchecked.
When the Is Reserve Disabled column is set to No, this will set the Space Attributes tab's Reserving Enabled check box to checked.

Booking Access Setting
When the Booking Rule Id column is populated, this will update the Space Attribute tab's Booking Access field.
