These entities are recreated in Eptura Engage as “User Groups”. The User Groups will include: Team, Neighborhood, Floor, Building, and Region.

Coming Soon - Floorplans imported to Serraview will automatically import and update in Eptura Engage.

User Groups

Region / Buildings / Floors / Teams / Neighborhoods are managed in Serraview, and these entities are recreated in Eptura Engage as "User Groups".

Buildings and Floors

For the buildings and floors you want to integrate with Eptura Engage, you will need to complete the following:

  • Location Integration - Make sure setting is enabled for the building and floors you want to use in Eptura Engage.
  • Building Location - Make sure the building's address and Standardized Country and State are correct.
  • Naming Convention - It is important to remember that the User Groups will use the building's Short Name from Serraivew. If the Short Name is longer than 20 characters, then Eptura Engage will truncate it and if the Short Name field is blank, the first 20 characters of the building name will be used instead.

User Group Naming Convention

The user group names use the following format.

Remember, for the Region user group, at least 1 builidng must be enabled.

Space Types

For the space types you want to send to Eptura Engage, you will need to make sure the following are set:

  • Integration Usage is set to Me or We. 
  • Integration Function is either Assignable, Bookable, or Flexi.

Intelligence Booking

'Intelligent booking' uses AI to select and book personal spaces, using learned intelligence such as the location of spaces booked by members of your team and spaces you've booked before. Learn more Intelligent booking for personal spaces ↗

Room Screens

Customize room screens with backgrounds and logos that reflect your company’s brand. You can choose from several predefined themes, or create your own. You can create as many themes as you like, enabling different themes for every room, floor, or building, and setting a default theme. Learn more: Customize meeting room screen displays

Concierge

The Concierge is a customizable menu of tiles displayed on the Eptura Engage mobile app Today screen and the Eptura Engage on the web Today page. Each tile provides quick and convenient access to your choice of location-specific websites and resources, directly from Eptura Engage, and can be set to display for a specific timeframe if required. Workweeks and workweek assignments

Workweeks and workweek assignments are entirely created and managed in Eptura Engage. Learn more: Workweeks and Workweek Assignments

First Responders

Key worker roles allow you to identify and locate employees responsible for key activities in your workplace, such as Fire Marshals, First Aiders, and Mental Health First Aiders. Your Administrator can assign key work roles to users from the User Administration. Learn more: Key Worker Roles

Parking or Lockers

Workspace Types give you the flexibility to choose precisely the type of space you want to use, such as a parking space or locker. The available workspace types depend on your organization’s configuration. The bookable personal space resource is set for the appropriate workspace type.
