Serraview and Eptura Engage Integration

The Eptura Engage integration delivers automated, real-time synchronization of user and group data from Serraview to Eptura Engage. Note that "group data" is the groups of people based on teams and neighborhood membership. Additionally, there is new Location Integration controls on Building and Floor forms to standardized Country/State drop-downs, Integration Function and Usage fields for space types and spaces, UDM (Unified Data Management) publishing for buildings, floors, sections, and space types, and import support for all new integration fields.

Serraview becomes the source of truth for workplace groupings, ensuring Eptura Engage always reflects the latest team and neighborhood data for accurate permissions and booking rules.

  • Automated real-time sync - Instantly pushes user and group updates from Serraview to Eptura Engage, eliminating disparate data from multiple sources or manual data entry.
  • Dynamic group management - User groups in Eptura Engage are automatically created, updated, or deleted based on changes in Serraview (team, neighborhood, floor, building, region).
  • Seamless employee moves - When employees or teams move, group memberships are updated in Eptura Engage without manual intervention, ensuring consistency across each product.
  • Supports modern and flexible work environments - Enables flexible, accurate management of workplace access and bookings for hybrid and dynamic teams.

This integration empowers organizations to operate more efficiently and deliver a seamless employee experience. By automating group and permission management, it reduces administrative burden, ensures data consistency, and supports agile workplace strategies.

Enhancements

  • Serraview Insights - Is Remote field - Added the Is Remote field to the Utilization Activity (All) view so customers can report on SVLive remote activity. A new Non-SVLive Remoteness filter lets users set the assumed remoteness value for non-SVLive sources.

General Maintenance

  • Building - Fixed desk check-in configuration handling so Desk Check In Open Window can validly be saved as 0, while Desk Check In Duration now correctly rejects zero or negative values and shows a clear validation error.
  • Reporting - Restored Report 2's behavior so users can generate the Floors report from a region or building selection instead of being limited to floor-only filtering.
