What is Archibus?

Archibus OnSite mobile app is a modern mobile solution for technicians performing reactive and preventative maintenance. It is built on the React Native framework and uses a light-weight cache, resulting in fast performance on queries.​See OnSite Mobile App Overview 

Major features include:

Work request management

  • View, put on hold, and complete corrective and preventative work requests
  • Group and sort requests by various criteria
  • Add new requests

Floor plan integration

  • Find and navigate problem location via floor plans
  • Show detailed room information

Hour logging and communication

  • View assignments and log hours
  • Use In-app features to call, message, or email requestor or other technicians
  • Attach an unlimited number of documents, photos, or comments to a work request
  • Review all work request activity (status changes, comments, and addition of documents)

Equipment details

  • Access detailed equipment information such as warranty, serial number, model number, life and age expectancy, equipment maintenance history
  • Access reference documents 

Conditional assessment

  • Lets Field Assessors to perform Condition Assessment tasks directly on their mobile device. It allows assessors to access assigned assessment projects, review equipment or location conditions, capture photographs, attach documents, and update assessment data.

Barcode scanning

  • Scan bar codes to search work requests
  • Assign equipment to requests via barcode scanning

Offline support

  • Live connection with cached data for offline support
  • Pull to refresh data any time
  • Ability to complete conditional assessments when offline
