Archibus OnSite mobile app is a modern mobile solution for technicians performing reactive and preventative maintenance. It is built on the React Native framework and uses a light-weight cache, resulting in fast performance on queries.

  • View, put on hold, and complete corrective and preventative work requests

  • Group and sort requests by various criteria

  • Add new requests

Floor plan integration

  • Find and navigate problem location via floor plans

  • Show detailed room information

Hour logging and communication

  • View assignments and log hours

  • Use In-app features to call, message, or email requestor or other technicians

  • Attach an unlimited number of documents, photos, or comments to a work request

  • Review all work request activity (status changes, comments, and addition of documents)

  • Tag a person with an email notification
