Prioritizing Project Requests
After users have submitted project requests, you have the option of prioritizing these projects. Prioritizing project requests helps you decide which projects should be approved and how they should be scheduled.
Note : The only projects that appear in the Prioritizing Projects page are the projects that have been requested and are not yet approved.
You can also:
- Review project profiles before prioritizing the project. See Reviewing Project Profiles.
- Estimate baseline schedules and costs for proposed project action items before you decide which projects to approve. For information on estimating project schedules and costs, see the Estimating Baseline Schedules and Costs topic.
- Evaluate alternative scenarios for resolving deferred maintenance items. For more information, see the Analyze Facility Condition Index Scenarios topic.
To prioritize project requests:

From Capital Budgeting and Projects, select the Prioritize & Estimate / Prioritize Projects task.
