Lease Reports and the Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set : Overview

When the Enhanced Global Feature Set is enabled for your deployment, reports can include Base Costs , VAT Costs , and Total Costs for cost transactions. For many reports, you can select which of these VAT cost types to include and the currency in which to show the costs.

These reports are useful for past, current, and projected transactions for accounting, taxation, and budgeting purposes.

The following describes the VAT reporting options available for different reports:

Lease, Building, Land, and Structure Details Reports	The Lease, Building, Land, and Structure Details Reports include a few cost fields (such as Value- Book, Value - Market, and Amount - Security Deposit) that are presented as Base Costs using your User Default Currency determined by the Locale entered in your User Profile. These reports are intended for internal review and do not present the option to show specific VAT cost types, as VAT external payments are not relevant to this analysis. The Lease Details report includes a Recurring Costs section that shows Total Costs, Base Costs, and VAT Costs in the Payment Currency . This enables you to analyze the VAT cost breakdown for costs that are associated with leases. These reports show area fields using the User Display Unit of Measure field (ft 2 or m 2 ) entered in your User Profile.
