Compliance Program Managers and Coordinators Tracking and Managing Events - Overview

Objective

Once events are scheduled, the Compliance Program Manager and Program Coordinator need to track and manage the events to completion. They need to identify events that are not starting on time (missed events), and events that have started but are not completing on time (overdue events), as these are the events that pose the greatest risk of noncompliance.

Compliance Program Coordinators are responsible only for the programs and requirements assigned to them. They need access to just those events, and do not need to generate events.
