Background
This set of topics covers how Technician Will uses OnSite in his daily tasks. Will is an in-house junior multi-trade technician working for a regional hospital, where he maintains the HVAC units of several buildings in the Bedford campus. His daily work involves responding to maintenance requests from requestors, as well as performing regular preventive maintenance on the HVAC units.
