Review Archived SDS Records

The Hazmat application automatically retains archived copies of SDS records in an archive table, along with date stamps and user ID for each edit. Many organizations are required to retain copies of all SDS for 30 years or more, whether or not the related materials are still on site. This report provides access to these historic records.

The application archives records automatically and completes the Date Archived value. The system automatically ensures the records are retained in the archive table, even if you delete records from the primary business table, as you might do by accident or perhaps deliberately if a chemical product record is obsolete or no longer in use.
