Adding Agency Bureaus
You can add agencies so that they are available in the Reporting Agency and Using Organization selection lists when users enter data for properties.
For details about the codes used, see Appendix E: Agency Bureau Codes found in the GSA Office of Governmentwide Policy's "2011 Guidance for Real Property Inventory Reporting."
To add agency bureaus:

Select Real Property/US Federal Property Registry/Add Agency Bureau task.
The Government Agency and Bureau Code list appears.
- Click Add New.

Enter the following required fields:
- The Government Agency and Bureau Code: This is the unique numeric identifier for the agency or bureau.
- The Abbreviation Title: Enter up to fifty characters to describe the agency or bureau.
- Title: Enter up to one hundred characters to describe the agency or bureau. The title appears in the selection list when property information is entered. It helps users identify the correct agency.
- Click Save.
