Chemical Constituents by Material

The Chemical Constituents by Material view provides quick access to chemical constituent data for products that have SDSs. The view initially presents a Filter console which is used to "Show" SDSs in the grid below the console. Definitions for the console filter fields are in the table below.

Once you have a list of SDSs in the SDS grid, select a product to display its chemical constituents. The report shows identifying information including: Constituent , Alias (an alternate name for the chemical), Tier 2 Classification , and CAS Number . The Percent fields provide an indication of how much of the constituent is in the product. The SDS may give a fixed percentage (Percent Operator would indicate "=" and the percentage would be shown in the Percent - Maximum or Actual column), or the percentage may be specified as a range (Percent Operator would indicate Range with the maximum and minimum of the range displayed).
